Nayven Taouk
Nayven is a director of Lexmens and specialises in personal injury litigation with a focus in workers compensation claims, work injury damages claims, motor vehicle accident claims, public liability claims, occupier liability claims, product liability claims, medical negligence claims, intentional torts and superannuation TPD claims. Before starting Lexmens, Nayven worked as an associate lawyer for one of Australia's largest specialist personal injury firms, where he was awarded the highest accolade for leading the workers compensation division for consecutive years. In 2021 he joined as Director/Partner of a boutique personal injury law firm in Sydney where he helped hundreds of clients achieve extraordinary outcomes. Nayven has been recognised by the prominent publication, Lawyer Weekly, as one of the leading lawyers within the Workplace, Health and Safety Sector in Australia by being selected as one of the 10 finalist in the coveted Lawyers Weekly 30 under 30 awards in 2021. In 2022, he was awarded the Rising Star award by the publication Australasian Lawyers. Nayven prides himself on taking on complex civil litigation matters which have resulted in him appearing in multiple jurisdictions advocating for his clients such as, the Australian Administrative Tribunal, Workers Compensation Commission, Claims Assessment Review Service, Dispute Resolution Service, Personal Injury Commission, District Court of New South Wales the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and the Supreme Court of Appeal. She is motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference, ensuring every client feels heard, understood, and supported as they navigate their recovery and legal journey. With a Bachelor of Laws from Western Sydney University and over 10 years of experience in the legal field, Angela began her career as a paralegal, developing a deep understanding of legal processes and client care. Over time, she has built a strong focus on client relationships, known for her organisation, reliability, and ability to bring clarity to complex situations. Kres Kardum
Kres is a Senior Associate at Lexmens, specialising in workers compensation, work injury damages, public liability, occupier liability, total and permanent disability, and industrial deafness claims. He understands that after an injury, clients are often dealing with uncertainty, financial pressure, and a loss of stability. Kres is driven by the opportunity to step in during that period, restore balance, and guide clients toward the compensation they are entitled to with clarity and care. Kres approaches every matter with a strong belief that legal advice should be both strategic and accessible. Kres holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics. Briella is a Paralegal at Lexmens and is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Laws and Arts at Western Sydney University. At the beginning of her legal career, Briella brings a strong foundation in legal studies, including criminal law, contracts, torts, property law, and professional responsibility. She supports the Lexmens team across a range of personal injury matters, contributing to legal research, document preparation, and client service with care and precision. Briella is known for her organisation, attention to detail, and ability to perform in fast paced environments. Prior to joining Lexmens, she developed strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills through several management roles, where she was trusted with team supervision, operational responsibilities, and handling sensitive information. What sets Briella apart is her genuine commitment to people. She understands that clients often come to Lexmens during difficult periods in their lives, and she approaches every interaction with empathy, professionalism, and a willingness to learn and grow.
